The hotel staff was amicable and excellent. The venue's location was great and incredible, very close to Close to Charlestown Square and nearby shopping centre and many food.

I got a great modern and reasonably large room with all amenities to be self sufficient. The location of this hotel close enough to transport, Close to Charlestown Square and Newcastle and all the beautiful beaches was good.

Loved the room on the top level, my bed was extremely comfy. The service was great, I had 2 good nights here. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient. Its location was particularly good and fab, on plants in garden, and in a lovely quiet area.

Peaceful location, it was just off a large shopping center which was quite convenient and all walking distance and mall, pub and beaches.

Got the same functional apartment with all amenities booked online, greatly enjoyed that. Coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator and an oven were very handy. The staff was excellent and outstandingly accommodating, everything was great.

The booked room was large and neat with the cleanliness of the apartment units. A shower and a bath were very handy.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The location was convenient, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who accommodated our late request.

There were also various maintenance issues, such as broken door stops, a hole in the garage wall, and a towel rack hanging off in the toilet. The furniture showed signs of wear and tear, with a dining chair in poor condition and a coffee table with chips.

It was spotlessly clean and modern and and perfect for two friends with the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option. Close to shops - perfect!

I'd suggest a box of tissue in the bathrooms, but that's it!

Its location close to shops and restaurants is extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all necessary amenities, allowing guests to be self-sufficient. The highlight is the extremely large balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
